Before you start

A paid plan: Plus, Pro, Business, Team, Enterprise, or Edu. The Free plan can't add connectors.
Use ChatGPT in a web browser — the mobile apps can't add connectors (only use ones already added).
On Business, Team, Enterprise, or Edu, a workspace admin must enable Developer mode first.

Open Apps & Connectors

On chatgpt.com, click your profile picture (bottom-left) → Settings → Apps & Connectors. Older versions call it Connectors or Apps.

Turn on Developer mode

Scroll to Advanced settings and switch Developer mode on. Accept the warning about third-party tools.

Create the connector

Back on Apps & Connectors, click Create. Enter the name Engrama, a short description, set authentication to OAuth, and paste your endpoint as the MCP Server URL.

Sign in

Click Create. A browser pop-up opens for the Engrama sign-in — approve it. If nothing happens, allow pop-ups for chatgpt.com.

Use it in a chat

Open the + / tools menu in the message box and enable Engrama, or mention it in your prompt.

Developer mode is a beta feature — menus and labels change often. If a step doesn't match, look under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings.
The first time Engrama saves or changes something, ChatGPT asks you to approve the action. That's expected — approve it to continue.

If a step doesn't match what you see, the app may have moved its menus. Reach us and we'll help you connect.
