What we process and why

We process the minimum data needed to provide Engrama: your account identity (from our identity provider) and the memory graph you and your agents create. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (providing the service).

  • We do not profile you or take automated decisions about you.
  • We do not send you marketing unless you explicitly opt in (consent).
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where legally required.
  • Your memory graph is yours; we process it only to operate the service for you.

Where your data lives

All infrastructure, storage and processing are located within the European Union. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EU/EEA.

We rely on a small number of processors strictly to run the service (authentication and EU-based hosting), each bound by a data-processing agreement.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can export or erase everything at any time — right-to-erasure and data portability are built into the product (one-click account deletion and full JSON export of your graph).

After deletion we remove your data, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability.

To exercise them, email privacidad@sinensia.com with the subject "data protection", or write to SINENSIA IT SOLUTIONS, S.L., Carrer de Can Bruixa, 16, 08028 Barcelona, Spain, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity. Erasure and portability are also available self-service from your account.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
